Determination of water soluble acid and alkali in hydraulic oil filter

2018/5/15 Viewers:
Hydraulic oil is biodegradable hydraulic oil, which is an excellent wear resistant hydraulic oil, specially designed to meet the requirements of various hydraulic equipment. Hydraulic oil can extend the service life of the oil / oil filter and protect the equipment most effectively, thereby reducing maintenance cost and product handling expenses. The hydraulic oil is developed jointly with the main equipment manufacturers, which can meet the strict requirements of the high hydraulic and high output pumps of the precision hydraulic system, and also meet the strict requirements of the other components of the hydraulic system, such as low clearance servo valves and high precision CNC machine tools. This series of products conforms to the most stringent performance requirements for various hydraulic systems and component manufacturers designed by multi metallurgical technology, and the single product has outstanding performance characteristics.

Determination of water soluble acids and bases in hydraulic oil filter

(1) the test oil must be fully shaken and sampled immediately.
(2) the reagents, distilled water and ethanol must be neutral.
(3) all the instruments used must be kept clean or water soluble.
(4) the indicators such as phenolphthalein, methyl orange and bromine cresol rim can not exceed the prescribed number of drops.
(5) neighbouring two potassium hydrogen formate PH buffer should be prepared accurately and not suitable for too long.
(6) when 1:1 ethanol solution is used instead of distilled water, it is better not to use methyl orange as an indicator. Because the color range of methyl orange in ethanol water volume is lower than the pH value of 3.1~4.4 in aqueous solution, and the dissociation of acid in alcohol solution is weakened, and when the extraction liquid is micro acid, it does not change color.
(7) the high viscosity oil can be diluted with neutral straight run gasoline, and then tested again: the heavy oil which can not separate water from water can be diluted with neutral gasoline, ether and benzene. It has two functions: (1) reducing the viscosity and density of oil products is helpful to the extraction of water soluble acids and bases and the separation of oil and water. Heavy oil is easily emulsified with water after being stirred. The reason is that substances such as gum and asphaltene are responsible for the formation of emulsion. These substances can make oil and water form emulsion, that is, emulsification. Adding such solvents as ether and benzene can eliminate the opacification and achieve the goal of oil-water separation.
(8) dilute heavy oil with solvents such as ether and benzene, and heat them to a certain temperature. The purpose is to reduce viscosity and density so as to separate water from water. But the temperature of heating must be lower than that of the solvent, and the volatility of the solvent is large.
