According to the data and the same oil, if there is no water soluble acid, under the condition of 95C and 720h, the insulation aging test is carried out, the strength of cotton fabric is only reduced by 1%, and the oil containing 0.01mgKOH/g water soluble acid is about 30%~40% under the same condition. Therefore, the existence of water-soluble acid in the oil will directly affect the service life of the transformer.
