Buffer solution is usually composed of weak acid and weak acid salt, weak base and weak alkali salt solution. (2) extraction temperature. When distilled water is used to extract low molecular acids in oil, the extraction temperature will directly affect the concentration of water towel acid in equilibrium, such as higher temperature and higher extraction temperature, but lower temperature. Therefore, at different temperatures, different results are often taken. 70-80C is also stipulated in the method, and a suitable condition is established as the basis for comparison. If the temperature is further stipulated, it will cause the vaporization and concentration of water, and also for easy operation. If the total amount is lower, the amount of Cui will be reduced. Therefore, it is appropriate to stipulate that the extraction temperature is 70~80C.
(3) shake time. Shaking time (that is to make the oil and water fully mixed surface into emulsion) is also related to the amount of Cui, that is, the shaking time is longer, the amount of extraction is more, and the time is shorter. However, the longer it is, the more balanced it is at a certain time. Therefore, it is stipulated in the method that shaking 5min. is one of the prescribed test conditions.
