Can the active sulfur in oil be filtered by hydraulic oil filter

2018/5/17 Viewers:
The active sulfur in the oil is also called sulfur corrosion. Sulfur is usually transferred from raw oil to oil, which may be a very stable compound, or an unstable compound, which is not allowed in the latter. The so-called unstable sulfide is the active sulfide or free sulfur that can corrode the metal. Active sulfur compounds include elemental sulfur, hydrogen sulfide, lower mercaptan (such as CH3SH) sulfur dioxide, sulfur dioxide three, sulphonic acid and acid sulphate. Most of sulphur dioxide is decomposed by neutrality and acid sulphate when refined and re distilled with sulphuric acid.

Hydraulic oil filter is mainly used to deal with unqualified hydraulic oil containing moisture and emulsification and impurities. Widely used in automobile manufacturing, aluminum, steel, hydraulic press, hydraulic oil, anti-wear hydraulic oil, compressor oil, frozen oil, pump hydraulic oil, hydraulic oil of the engineering car, and other unqualified hydraulic oil. It is a multi-function oil filter developed for various kinds of hydraulic oil, using the principle of vacuum vacuum pressure, infrared carbon fiber heating, the latest duplex three-dimensional flash evaporation technology in Germany, thin film evaporation technology and multistage precision filtration, so as to reliably remove the harmful substances, such as water, impurity and gas in the unqualified oil. The oil performance is quickly recovered to meet the oil consumption standard. The hydraulic oil and anti wear hydraulic oil, which can emulsify serious turbidity, become clear and transparent after treatment, so as to ensure the normal operation of the hydraulic system, power system and lubrication system. The hydraulic oil filter can filter active sulfides in the oil.

The active sulfur test is also called the copper sheet corrosion test or the corrosion testing method. The essence of the test method is: grinding the copper sheet of a certain gauge, after washing and drying with solvent, immersed in the test oil, heated to a certain temperature, and after holding a certain time, taking out the copper sheet and washing the test oil with the solvent, according to the change of the color of the copper sheet. It is a qualitative analysis category to check whether there is reactive sulfide or free sulfur in corrosive oil.

The copper corrosion test is a very sensitive test for the existence of hydrogen sulfide and elemental sulfur. In general, oil contains one hundred thousand or less active sulfur. Under specified conditions, the test may be unqualified. Other non active sulfides, such as two sulfides, thiophene, polysulfide, and so on in the oil products, the corrosion of the copper sheet below 50C is very small, and there is almost no color change.
