Influence of copper corrosion test on gear pump of hydraulic oil filter

The following items should be noted in the copper corrosion test for determining whether there is active sulfur in oil.

(1) the choice of copper sheet used in the experiment: the copper sheet used in the active sulfur test is a pure copper, also known as electrolytic copper, and it is also called red copper because of its violet red color. Commonly used industrial pure copper has four grades: T1, T2, T3 and T4. The purity of T1 is the highest. Two brands of T1 and T2 are used for the corrosion test of copper sheet.
(2) the reagents used should be qualified by copper sheet test.
(3) once the copper is polished and washed, it is not allowed to touch with bare hands and clamp with tweezers.
(4) there should be no hydrogen sulfide around the workplace.
(5) it is not allowed to use filter paper over energy in advance.
(6) the test temperature should be in accordance with the regulations and must not exceed the allowable range. When the time is taken, remove the copper piece and observe whether the color changes or not.
(7) the color changes in the corrosion of the copper sheet in the test oil should be judged correctly. Only the thin layer or spot on the copper sheet is green, black, dark brown or steel gray. In addition to the other colors, the test oil should be considered to be qualified.

The hydraulic oil gear pump is mainly used for the transmission of liquid on the top of the equipment. The antiwear hydraulic oil filter is mainly used to deal with unqualified hydraulic oil containing water emulsion and impurities. Widely used in automobile manufacturing, aluminum, steel, hydraulic press, hydraulic oil, anti-wear hydraulic oil, compressor oil, frozen oil, pump hydraulic oil, hydraulic oil of the engineering car, and other unqualified hydraulic oil. The hydraulic oil and anti wear hydraulic oil, which can emulsify serious turbidity, become clear and transparent after treatment, so as to ensure the normal operation of the hydraulic system, power system and lubrication system.
