When the water content of the hydraulic oil is not qualified, the general treatment methods are as follows.

(1) insulating oil: the most stringent requirement for water content in insulating oil is expressed in mg/ L, which is a minor norm. Generally, pressure or oil filter is difficult to meet the requirement. It is better to use vacuum oil or two stage vacuum oil to make the water content in oil reach 15mg/L and below. The transformer oil in operation is not qualified as water. In addition to the electrified vacuum oil filter, the hot siphon can also be cast. The water in the oil can be adsorbed by silica gel to make the water content up to the qualified (when the water in the transformer oil is stuck or over a few mg/L).
(2) turbine oil: General turbine oil is filtered through a pressure type oil filter before injecting human units, so as to remove moisture and impurities. When it is found that water in the running turbine oil is opaque or opaque, except for immediate reasons, the usual measures are:
1. If there is more moisture in the oil, especially when it contains emulsified moisture, centrifugal separation must be used for purification and water removal.
(2) when the general oil quality is muddy, oil filters can be filtered through the pressure type (or plate type) oil filter. The pressure type oil filter mostly uses filter paper as filter material. After drying, the filter paper has strong water absorbency and can remove a small amount of water in the oil.
(3) release water from the bottom of the tank regularly.
(4) if the water content in the oil is increased because of the defective surface of the unit in operation, the relevant personnel should be required to adjust the pressure of the uranium seal, adjust the clearance of the guard belt, improve the quality of maintenance, and try to make the unit no leakage. This is the most fundamental solution.

Maintenance of hydraulic oil (premise is normal operation of equipment, no abnormal condition).
1, ensure that the hydraulic oil is not used at high temperature; oil will oxidize and deteriorate quickly at high temperature.
2, the air filter on the hydraulic station should use filters that can filter particles and filter moisture.
3, using the precision filter core filter hydraulic oil to keep the pollution of oil products at NAS<8 level for a long time. The precision of the filter core with the equipment is too poor, and the cleanliness of hydraulic oil can not be guaranteed. Because the capacity limit of the hydraulic station is only 5um, and the precision of its own filter core is often greater than that of this size, it is scientifically stipulated that the pollution of the general hydraulic station is less than 8 level in NAS, and the equipment with servo mechanism is higher than 7. If you remove the servo valve, you will understand everything. Why is the contamination level of hydraulic oil controlled so high? It is best to buy a precision oil filter for on-line filtration, and some filter elements have reached 0.1um accuracy.
4, centrifugal dewatering / vacuum dewatering (for water stations).
