The portable oil filter is mainly used for filtering and cleaning oil with different viscosity, such as lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, guide oil and cutting oil. Using the former large stainless steel filter, the motor has high power and quick speed, and the filtering effect is fast. The quality of the portable hydraulic oil is as follows.
(1) suitable viscosity and good viscosity temperature performance. The viscosity of the oil is affected by the change of temperature, that is, the change of temperature will not affect the normal work of the hydraulic system.
(2) it has good rust resistance and antioxidant stability.
(3) it has ideal air release value, anti foaming property, water splitting property and rubber seal adaptability.
Matters needing attention
(1) thoroughly clean the original hydraulic tank before use, remove residual oil, waste oil and precipitates, and avoid mixing with other oil products.
(2) this product is not suitable for special machine tools with harsh working conditions and high lubrication requirements. For gear transmission units, hydraulic systems and guideways with high quality requirements, medium and heavy duty gear oils, antiwear hydraulic fluids or HG hydraulic fluids should be selected.
