When determining the freezing point of oil products, we should pay attention to the following items in addition to the test procedures specified in the standard method.

4. the position of the thermometer measuring the solidifying point must be fixed and reliable in the test tube. When the individual part of the wax "crystal network" is being formed, the thermometer is disturbed and will be destroyed, so that the test results are low, so the test tube is stipulated in the test tube. The method of fixing the thermometer position is to eat a cork that can just be inserted into the test tube at the lower part of the thermometer (near the middle).
Precautions for the use of hydraulic oil:

(2) this product is not suitable for special machine tools with harsh working conditions and high lubrication requirements. For gear transmission units, hydraulic systems and guideways with high quality requirements, medium and heavy duty gear oils, antiwear hydraulic fluids or HG hydraulic fluids should be selected.
(3) the oil is used to lubricate the circulation system of general machine tools and other similar mechanical equipment instead of mechanical oil. The economic benefit is remarkable, it can prolong the oil exchange cycle and save the oil 1/3-1/2 on average.
