The new hydraulic oil is usually light yellow. The lighter the color of the oil, the better the degree of refinement and stability. If the oil refining is not good, there will be some unstable compounds such as resin pitch and so on, which will deepen the oil color. Therefore, the color of oil can be used to judge the degree of removing bitumen, resin and other dyed substances in the oil, that is to judge the refining degree of the oil and the oil in the process of transportation and storage. The tanks and oil tanks should be checked strictly to ensure the cleaning. Otherwise, the oil with good color will be polluted because of the uncleanness of the container. It will also cause the oil color to deepen and the quality to deteriorate. For example, the variation of the color of insulating oil is usually caused by the production of carbon in the oil. Therefore, observing the rapid change of oil in operation is a manifestation of deterioration of oil quality or internal failure of equipment. The transparency of the observed oil will affect the transparency of the oil except for the presence of moisture and mechanical impurities in the oil. The transparency of oil products is to observe the transparency of oil quality with naked eyes. The main factors affecting the transparency of oil products are external and intrinsic two aspects. Under the conditions of transportation, storage and operation, oil is easily polluted by the environment, such as water, mechanical impurity and free carbon in oil, which will affect the transparency of the oil, which is the influence of external factors. The oil should be transparent and transparent. If there is a dispute, the content of the mechanical impurities in the oil should be measured by GB511-77. Therefore, the new hydraulic oil will have water in the transportation and storage. It needs to be filtered by hydraulic oil filter. The hydraulic oil is heated to 75 degrees in the vacuum state, and the atomization can be used to dilute the moisture in the oil molecules to achieve dehydration and degassing effect.
