Analysis method of oil quality after treatment of hydraulic oil filter

After the new hydraulic oil is used, the color of the oil will change, the additives will change, and the efficiency of the oil will be greatly reduced. The hydraulic oil filter is mainly used for filtering, dewatering, bleaching and degassing of waste oil, reducing the original performance of the oil. If the filtered hydraulic oil will be used again, and if some synthetic additives are needed in the process of use, we need to analyze the oil quality and analyze the physical properties, chemical properties and electrical properties of the oil. The main composition, composition and some trace substances in oil were analyzed.

1. constant analysis
(1) physical performance test. Because mineral oil is not a homogeneous chemical substance, it is a mixture of many different liquid hydrocarbons. The monomer composition can not be determined. The physical properties of oil can be understood as the comprehensive expression of various hydrocarbon compounds. (3) electrical performance test. The evaluation of the electrical properties of oil is also carried out in accordance with the standard test method, and is also conditional test.

2. instrument analysis and use of analytical instruments for the determination of oil quality, the rapid development in recent years, according to the principle of determination mainly divided into electrochemistry, optics, chromatography and other analytical methods, briefly described as follows.
(1) electrochemical analysis. The principle is based on the analysis of the concentration and the relationship between the potential, the current, the conductance, the capacitance or the quantity of electricity. (3) chromatography analysis. The principle is to make use of the stationary high boiling point liquid or solid adsorbent (Gu Dingxiang), the difference in the absorbability or dissolving ability of the components in the measured material, and the difference of the separation coefficient, so that the components of the measured gas or liquid are separated by the velocity of the absorption to the front. After entering the detector identification, such as gas chromatography to determine the content of flammable gas in the oil.
