Attention should be paid to the following items when determining the viscosity of the hydraulic oil filter.

(1) the size of the en's viscometer should be in accordance with the requirements. The outflow tube is the main part of the en's viscometer. The inner surface of the tube is carefully polished and transferred to gold.
(2) the "water value" of the viscometer should be checked regularly. When replacing the new outflow pipe, the "water value" should be recalibrated.
(3) at the left time. The outgoing oil should be continuous and not allowed to break.
(4) the sample should be kept at constant temperature at the time of measuring the viscosity of the EHN. The temperature fluctuation of the sample does not exceed + 0.1c.
(5) moisture and mechanical impurities must be removed in advance, and bubbles are not allowed.
(6) the viscometer should be leveled so that the tip of the three spike can be exposed at the same time.
(7) the en's viscometer has been used. Before measuring the "water value", the contents and the oil in the cork should be cleaned. When the residual oil is found, the water will increase. And the determination of water value should be distilled water, not desalted water, so as to be consistent with the household water of the instrument.
