The viscosity temperature characteristic of the lubricating oil of the hydraulic oil filter oil filter

2018/5/17 Viewers:
The viscosity of the oil decreases with the increase of temperature and increases with the decrease of temperature. The viscosity changes obviously with the rise and fall of temperature. It is called the viscosity temperature characteristic of oil. In order to ensure that the unit can be lubricated at different temperatures, the viscosity of the oil will be smaller and better with the change of temperature, that is, the viscosity of the oil is better. There are usually three ways to evaluate the viscosity temperature characteristics of lubricating oil.
(1) viscosity ratio. That is, the ratio of viscosity to 100C viscosity when lubricating oil 50C (ea/v). It is not difficult to see that the smaller the ratio is, the better the viscosity temperature characteristic is.
(2) viscosity temperature coefficient "viscosity temperature coefficient". The viscosity temperature coefficient of the lubricating oil is a general evaluation of the viscosity temperature parameters of the slope of the viscosity temperature curve of the lubricating oil in the range of 0 ~ 10C, and the average temperature coefficient of viscosity (that is, the change value of the viscosity when the temperature changes 1C) is multiplied by the value of the value of 100. From the above formula, it is known that the smaller the viscosity temperature coefficient of lubricating oil is, the better the viscosity temperature characteristic will be.
(3) viscosity index. Viscosity index is an industrial parameter used to indicate the viscosity temperature of lubricating oil. The relative value of the lubricating oil sample is compared with a standard oil with better viscosity temperature (its viscosity index is 100) and another kind of poor viscosity (the viscosity index is set as 0), and the relative value of the viscosity of the lubricating oil to indicate that the temperature is affected by the temperature is obtained. In order to make this comparison, the lubricating oil sample is required to be the same as the two standard oils in 98.9c (210 "F", our country adopts the kinematic viscosity of 100, and the viscosity of the three kinds of oil in our country when using 40C. At 37.78C, the motion sticky (mm2/s): the lubricating oil sample is U, the viscosity index is 100 standard oil H, the viscosity index is 0 of the standard oil is L. because their viscosity temperature is different, so the viscosity of them at 98.9C is the same, but when the temperature is reduced to 37.78C, the degree of the increase of their viscosity is quite different. That is, L must be greater than the difference of H.L-H, reflecting the difference of the viscosity of the two standard oils under the influence of temperature. That is to say, the calculated value of viscosity index is equal to 100. If the value of L-U is exactly the same as that of L-H, the viscosity index of lubricating oil sample is equal to 100. When U>H, the calculated viscosity index must be less than 100.
