The main factors that affect the interfacial tension of hydraulic oil filter are analyzed

(1) the influence of surfactant. Some substances such as fatty acids, which contain polar groups of OH type, can reduce the surface tension of liquids. Substances that can reduce surface tension are commonly referred to as surfactant. The structure of these surfactants, on the one hand, has a polar group of hydrophilicity, and on the other hand it has hydrophobic (or lipophilic) - non-polar base chain R. These surfactant, on the interface with different oil-water two phase polarity, the polar groups of molecules (such as COOH) move towards polar phase water, while the non polar base shells of the molecules transfer to the non polar phase oil. As the results of these surfactant formed directional arrangement on the two intersecting interface of oil and water, the molecular arrangement on the original interface was changed, and the interfacial tension was obviously reduced.
(2) is related to the nature of the substance itself. Because the intermolecular force between different substances is different, the greater the intermolecular force, the greater the surface tension. Usually the metal material, such as silver and copper, has the largest surface tension, followed by ionic bonds, such as oxide melts and molten salts; again a substance such as water for polar molecules; the liquid of non polar molecules, such as chlorine and ether, is the smallest. When the number of the same carbon atoms is the same, the surface tension of aromatic hydrocarbons is the largest, the alkanes are the smallest, and the naphthenic hydrocarbons are in the center. In petroleum products, the surface tension of aviation gasoline is the smallest, and the surface tension of lubricating oil is the largest.
(3) the properties of the other phase contact with them are related to the contact with different properties, the surface molecules are different in force field, and the surface tension is different. For example, the interfacial tension between water and ether is less than that of water and benzene and is less than the interfacial tension between water and n-hexane.
(4) the influence of temperature. The surface tension varies with temperature. The higher the temperature, the smaller the surface tension. Because temperature increases the expansion of matter, which increases the distance between molecules and reduces the attraction between molecules, so the surface tension will decrease.

The working principle of hydraulic oil filter is four stage filtration dewatering, degassing and impurity removing. The temperature is heated from low to high speed, while the oil molecules begin to decompose and turn into the third stage coalescing vacuum oil water separation filter. The filter uses the characteristics of the imported filter material separated by oil and hydrophobic coalescence to decompose the oil and water for first times. The larger water molecules are separated into the storage tank by the coalescing filter core. The micro water and the oil molecules are entered into the vacuum tank by the distributor, forming a short layer of film atomization, and the solid is formed in the tank through the continuous work of the counter reactor. The multi-layer evaporation structure can achieve the goal of purification through continuous circulation. Finally, through a fourth level polymer filter core, a filtration cycle is completed.
