The influence of insulation oil filter on the insulation equipment after filtration.

2018/5/17 Viewers:
The moisture in insulating oil has great harm to the electrical properties, physical and chemical properties of insulating medium and the life of oil equipment.

(1) reduce the breakdown voltage of oil. The water content in insulating oil is the main reason that affects the breakdown voltage. When the water content in the oil exceeds (100~200ppm)? The breakdown voltage of oil is greatly reduced to a minimum (about 1.0kV). This is due to the fibrous wool in the oil, which is very easy to absorb water. Under the action of the electric field, the bridge is gathered between the electrodes, and it is easy to break through.
(2) the dielectric loss factor is increased. Because of the different states of water in oil, the influence of dielectric loss factor is different. Practice shows that suspension of emulsified water increases the dielectric loss of oil obviously. The dissolved water is not obvious in the range of solubility. In addition, the corrosion products such as naphthenic acid soap can easily deteriorate the dielectric loss and increase the dielectric loss dramatically, which is an indirect consequence of water damage to dielectric loss.
(3) make the insulating fiber easy to aging and increase its dielectric loss. Because the molecular structure of the insulating paper is a glucose C6H12O6 molecule, when water enters a human fiber molecule, it reduces the gravitational force between the fibers and causes it to be hydrolyzed to a low molecular substance. When the low molecular acids in the oil are very long, that is, when the water contains more low molecular acids, the hydrolysis tendency of cellulose is even stronger. This is because acidic aqueous solution is one of the necessary conditions for fiber hydrolysis. Therefore, moisture reduces the mechanical strength of cellulose. It is proved that under the temperature of 120C, if the water in the paper doubles, the mechanical strength of the fiber is reduced by half, and the moisture in the paper is related to the water content in the oil. It can be seen that the determination of water content in oil is of significance to the supervision of insulating fibers.
(4) moisture promotes the corrosion of organic acids and accelerates the extensive corrosion of metal parts. The chemical reactions are represented by metals.
(5) the moisture in the oil will accelerate the corrosion of the metal parts. The surface metal corrosion products, such as metal soap, will promote the rapid aging of the oil, which is the catalytic effect on the aging of the oil.
(6) to sum up, the more water content in the oil, the aging of the oil, the aging of equipment insulation, and the faster corrosion of the metal parts, which will affect the safe operation of the equipment and shorten the service life of the equipment. Therefore, the determination of moisture content in insulating oil has attracted more and more attention.
