Troubleshooting of Coulomb instrument for determination of water in hydraulic oil

Common failures and troubleshooting methods for determining moisture in hydraulic oil are described below.

(1) the anodic electrolyte is obviously electrolyzed by iodine. It should check whether the measuring electrode is completely inserted into the manhole and check whether the measuring electrode is open or short circuited. If it is a circuit breaker, it can return to normal after it is connected to the circuit; if it is short circuited, replace the electrode. If there is no open circuit or short circuit, it indicates that the internal components of the coulomb meter are placed in a barrier, and it is contacted with the factory or returned to the factory for repair.
(2) the instrument has the indication of electrolytic current, and the counting device does not count to check whether the electrolytic electrode is open. If it is a circuit breaker, it can be restored to normal after the connection is connected. If there is no problem with the connection of the electrodes, the digital tube can be damaged, and it can be returned to the factory for repair.
(3) the two pairs of electrodes are normal, but the instrument keeps recording the number of electrolysis. There may be more water in the electrolyzer, so we should be patient.
(4) the number of registers will be recorded for a few minutes, and a few hours will not stop. Most of these are due to the tight sealing at each grinding port of the electrolytic cell, the larger air humidity enters the pool, or the longer the electrolyte is used for a longer time. Apply vacuum grease or replace electrolyte at each grinding port.
(5) when the instrument is used for a long time or other reasons, the heavy pollution of the cathode chamber is gray and black, the fluctuation of the instrument is unstable, and the lower electrode can be removed thoroughly, and the normal test can be restored after drying.
(6) the cathode electrolyte gradually deepens with the electrolysis, and even the silica gel in the cathode drying tube becomes black. If the anode of the agitator is turned off, the iodine can not be precipitated. If it is said clearly, it will return to normal after being switched.
