(2) the emulsion has the effect of causing corrosion of metal.
(3) when emulsion is deposited in the dry oil circulation system, the oil circulation will be hindering, resulting in insufficient oil supply and heat dissipation, which will cause equipment failure.
(4) emulsion can accelerate oxidation of oil and increase acid value. The production of more oxidized precipitates further increases the demulsification time of oil.
(5) after the oil is emulsified, the lubricating oil of the turbine oil is gradually reduced, and the friction of the components is increased, resulting in the overheating of the bearing, resulting in damage to the machine parts.
To sum up, demulsification time is a specific quality index of turbine oil, and it has the same importance as viscosity. Especially for the leakage unit in operation, this index is more important. Therefore, at present, the specific control index of demulsification time is clearly stipulated in the new national standard of turbine oil and steam turbine in China. The points for attention of hydraulic oil are: 1, keep the hydraulic system clean and remove the sludge and metal chips in the fuel tank in time. 2 change the oil according to the reference index of oil change. When changing the oil, all parts of the equipment should be cleaned, so as to avoid impurities mixed into the oil and affect the use effect. 3 when storing and using, containers and refueling tools must be cleaned to prevent oil contamination. 4 the oil is mainly used for hydraulic oil pumps of steel steel friction pairs. When the hydraulic pump is used for other material friction pairs, an oil pump manufacturer or an oil supply unit must recommend the oil pump load limits for this product.
