What should we pay attention to when determining the demulsification time of hydraulic oil filter

The points for attention in determining the demulsification time of oil products are as follows.

(1) the equipment used for the determination of mixing slurry and stock must be cleaned. If there is residual liquid and oil, it will affect the speed of oil and water separation and lengthen the separation time.
(2) the mixing slurry should be fixed and put vertically in the measuring cylinder, and it must be tightened and not swaying so as to avoid mixing the slurry against the measuring cylinder wall and breaking the measuring cylinder.
(3) when the oil and water have been basically stratified, that is, if the milk tank liquid is less than 3ml, if the individual bubble is hung on the wall of the measuring cylinder, it may not be considered.
(4) when the mixing is finished, when the slurry is put on the oil surface, the emulsion attached to the blade is scraped back with the glass rod (with the end of the hose head), and the glass rod must be cleaned.
(5) when the motor is closed, the stopwatch should be started immediately, and the separation of oil and water is observed until the oil and water layers are kept, and the separation time is recorded.

Precautions for the use of hydraulic oil:
(1) thoroughly clean the original hydraulic tank before use, remove residual oil, waste oil and precipitates, and avoid mixing with other oil products.
(2) this product is not suitable for special machine tools with harsh working conditions and high lubrication requirements. For gear transmission units, hydraulic systems and guideways with high quality requirements, medium and heavy duty gear oils, antiwear hydraulic fluids or HG hydraulic fluids should be selected.
(3) the oil is used to lubricate the circulation system of general machine tools and other similar mechanical equipment instead of mechanical oil. The economic benefit is remarkable, it can prolong the oil exchange cycle and save the oil 1/3-1/2 on average.
