  Burnout of the bearing of the front pump of the turbine: the bearing temperature at the non driving end of the front pump rises to 70 in a flash, and then the temperature rises to 90 ℃, and then the pump is shut down in an emergency.

  After opening the bearing chamber of the pump, it was found that the bearing was burnt.

  Cause analysis of burning out of the front pump bearing of the turbine: check the oil cup and half of the oil cup after the pump is stopped, but after the oil cup is picked up, it is found that the oil flows into the bearing chamber along the oil filling hole, indicating that the oil level in the oil cup is false, the main reason is that the exhaust hole of the oil cup is blocked, and the oil can not flow into the bearing chamber after the bearing chamber is short of oil, causing the bearing burning.

  Treatment method: after the bearing chamber is removed, since the bearing and shaft are bonded together and cannot be removed, cut off the bonded part with a cutting handle first, slightly damaging the shaft during the cutting process. Because the tolerance matching requirements of the bearing and the journal are very high, the residual part on the Journal cannot be polished on site after the cutting (this method is not advisable in the later maintenance process). After that, the whole shaft will be taken to the processing plant to remove the remaining part, and the damaged part will be repaired, welded and polished. Re measure the journal diameter and shaft bending to meet the design requirements.

  Effect after treatment: after the pump starts, the vibration value is within the specified range, and there is no overtemperature in the bearing chamber.

  Preventive measures: pay attention to the oil level in the bearing chamber at any time during the daily maintenance. When the oil level is low, make up the oil immediately and check the drain of the oil cup

  Whether the empty hole is blocked. In case of temperature rise of bearing chamber, check whether there is oil in bearing chamber first, and then take other measures.

  Features of turbine oil vacuum oil filter:

  1. Strong ability to remove water and demulsify. It can also purify the oil products that have been gassed, leaked, aged, acid contained, foamed and emulsified, so that the quality indexes of the oil products can meet the requirements of the quality standard for turbine oil in operation (GB / T 7596-2008). It can break emulsion, dehydrate, remove acid and impurity on line, and make turbine oil with serious turbidity and emulsification clear and transparent.

  5. The heater adopts interlock startup device, and the temperature controller can only be started when the vacuum pump and oil pump are running at the same time, which not only ensures the safe operation of the heater, but also prevents the generation of "dead" oil area and the aging of oil products, and can monitor the temperature of the heating system in real time and control the heater to work within a set temperature range; when the temperature of the heater exceeds the protection setting It can automatically cut off the operation of the heater and ensure the safety of equipment, oil products and personnel.
