  1、 High bearing temperature at non drive end of turbine front pump

  Fault phenomenon: the bearing temperature of the non drive end of the steam front pump of unit 2 exceeds 60 ℃ after being handed over for production, and then it is temporarily connected outside the bearing room

  The rubber tube is cooled by cooling water. The temperature can drop below 55 ℃.

  Cause analysis:

  1) . the bearing is damaged.

  2) There are impurities in the bearing room.

  3) The lubricating oil and grease of the bearing are inconsistent.

  2、 Treatment method for high bearing temperature of front pump of steam turbine:

  1) Replace the bearing at the non drive end.

  2) Clean the bearing chamber.

  3) Replace the 32 × turbine oil of the original bearing chamber with Mobil 624 synthetic oil.

  Effect after treatment: the bearing temperature at the non driving end after the steam pump is normal, and the maximum temperature is not more than 55 ℃.

  Preventive measures: carry out spot inspection of the steam front pump to ensure that the oil level of the steam front pump is at the normal level, and no impurities are allowed to enter the bearing room.

  Improve the maintenance quality, and install the bearing in place during maintenance and installation.

  3、 Function of main oil pump of turbine:

  Supply oil, lubricate and cool the bearings of the unit. Supply stable and sufficient pressure oil for speed control system and protection device. The main oil pump is one of the important accessory parts of the turbine, which is installed in the front box of the unit. When the turbine is at full speed, it provides all lubricating oil and security oil for the unit. In the process of turbine startup and shutdown, unit lubricating oil and security oil are provided by auxiliary AC lubricating oil pump and high-pressure startup oil pump. Using the main oil pump can not only save the auxiliary power, but also prevent the risk of oil break and tile burning due to the power failure of the AC lubricating pump.

  Working principle of the main oil pump: the main oil pump is a volute type double suction centrifugal pump, which is installed on the turbine rotor in the front bearing seat, and is directly driven by the main shaft of the turbine, and is rigidly connected with the main shaft of the turbine. Because this driving mode of the main oil pump can use the kinetic energy of the rotor to supply oil to the bearing during the inertia period, it is the most reliable. It has large capacity and stable outlet pressure. When operating at or near rated speed, the main oil pump can supply all the oil required by the lubricating oil system. In addition, it also supplies the standby oil source for the sealing oil system of the generator. The main oil pump can't absorb oil by itself. It must supply pressure oil continuously.

  During the start-up and shutdown period, the oil is supplied by the AC oil pump of the main engine. At or near the rated speed, the oil injector supplies oil to the main oil pump. There is a pipeline at the outlet of the main oil pump to return to the oil tank and connect it with the inlet of the oil injector, and there is a check valve to prevent the oil from flowing back from the system, and it is connected to the standby high-pressure seal oil header. The main oil pipes of mechanical overspeed trip and manual trip are also connected here through the orifice. During normal operation of the unit, the inlet pressure of the main oil pump is 0.05-0.3mpa, and the outlet oil pressure is about 2.1-2.3mpa.

  4、 Function of vacuum oil filter of turbine oil:
