Explanation of service life of filter element:
The service life of the filter element varies according to the raw materials used. With the prolongation of service time, impurities in water will clog the filter core, and activated carbon filter core will adsorb saturation. Therefore, generally speaking, PP filters need to be replaced in 3 months, while activated carbon filters need to be replaced in 6 months. Because the hollow fibers can not be cleaned, they are usually placed in the back end of PP cotton and activated carbon, otherwise they will be easily blocked, and need to be replaced for 1-2 years as the sterilization end of water purification equipment.

The filter bed of the filter element is composed of a pre-filter layer, a superfine fibre layer, a support layer, a filter layer and a gravity settling layer, so that all solid particles above 3 microns in the air of the compressor can be filtered out, while the very tiny particles are about 0.01-1 micron. Oil-water-gas solute condenses into larger oil droplets when passing through the filter core, accumulates at the bottom of the filter core, and then siphons back to the lubrication system through the oil return pipe at the bottom concave of the filter core, so that the compressor discharges more pure, oil-free compressed air.
