What matters should be noticed when dielectric loss factor of oil filter is used

Because the dielectric loss factor of oil products is related to external interference and the status of measuring instruments, there are many factors. If the instrument is placed in place, there are strong electromagnetic interference and mechanical vibration, or change the position of the instrument, the electrode working surface is darkly colored, the smoothness can not reach the requirement, the distance of each electrode is unevenly divided, the oil cup is not dry or unclean, and there are bubbles and impurities in the oil test. Bad insulation between shields affects residual results. To this end, we must pay attention to the following points in the measurement.

(1) there should be no electromagnetic interference or mechanical vibration around the test site.
(2) it is not allowed to change the position of the instrument and equipment casually.
(3) the smoothness of the working face of the electrode should reach A. If it is found that the surface is dark, it must be re polished.
(4) the electrodes should be concentric and the distance between them should be checked.
(5) the insulation resistance between the measuring electrode and the protective electrode should be more than 100 of the insulation resistance of the measuring equipment, and the insulation resistance between the core lines and the shielding should be more than 50-100Mn.
(6) measuring instruments must be cleaned and adjusted according to regulations and specifications.
(7) there should be no bubbles and other impurities in the injection test.
(8) the contact points should be well connected without any break or leakage.
(9) when the voltage is applied to a certain value, no discharge should be observed during the boost process.
