Type of hydraulic oil

Specifications of hydraulic oil:
HL hydraulic oil is made from neutral base oil with high refining depth, plus antioxidant and antirust additive. HL hydraulic oil can be divided into 15, 22, 32, 46, 68, 100 six grades according to the kinematic viscosity at 40 degrees centigrade.
Use: HL hydraulic oil is mainly used to lubricate the lubricating oil without special requirements, the environment temperature is above O C, the bearing box of various machine tools, the low pressure circulation system or the similar mechanical equipment circulation system. Its use time can be more than doubled than that of machine oil. The product has good rubber seal adaptability, and its maximum usage temperature is 80 C.
Precautions for the use of hydraulic oil:
(1) thoroughly clean the original hydraulic tank before use, remove residual oil, waste oil and precipitates, and avoid mixing with other oil products.
(2) this product is not suitable for special machine tools with harsh working conditions and high lubrication requirements. For gear transmission units, hydraulic systems and guideways with high quality requirements, medium and heavy duty gear oils, antiwear hydraulic fluids or HG hydraulic fluids should be selected.
(3) the oil is used to lubricate the circulation system of general machine tools and other similar mechanical equipment instead of mechanical oil. The economic benefit is remarkable, it can prolong the oil exchange cycle and save the oil 1/3-1/2 on average.
