What should be noted for volume resistivity of hydraulic oil filter

The method of determining the volume electrical utilization rate of oil has been formulated as the ministerial standard. The name of the method is "liquid medium volume resistivity method". If we use this method to measure the volume resistivity of oil, we should pay attention to the following points.
(1) special oil cups must be used before cleaning and drying.
(2) when calculating the K value of the oil cup, the capacitance of the oil cup should be subtracted from the effective capacitance after shielding.
(3) before the oil injection, the oil sample should be mixed in advance. The oil injected into the oil cup should not have bubbles or free water and particle impurities. Otherwise, the test results will be affected.
(4) after the oil sample is tested, the internal and external electrodes will be short circuited by 5min to release the charge. Otherwise, the deviation of the test result is large. If the deviation is still large after the short-circuit, the oil sample should be replaced and retested.
(5) the thermostat can be pre energized to a specified temperature and then put into an oil cup. During the heating process, the inner electrode should be gently pulled to make the oil heated. After 90C, continue the constant temperature 30min. to ensure the repeatability of the test.
