In the system of hydraulic and lubrication stations, the cleanliness of working oil is very important for the filter element of vacuum purifier, and the important method of controlling solid particle pollution is the filtration of oil; filtration is a method of removing pollutants by means of microporous media. Nowadays, there are many kinds of filter media used in the fluid filtration industry. There are two main filtration mechanisms, namely, direct blocking and adsorption filtration. The characteristic of direct blocking of hydraulic oil filter element is that the particles in oil do not leave the flow beam until they are blocked on the surface of filter medium. The characteristic of adsorption filtration is that particles in oil flow through the filter medium far away from the flow beam due to various forces, and are adsorbed on the inner wall of the channel or the surface of the fiber by electrostatic force or molecular adsorption force.

Requirements for filter element of vacuum cleaner:

1. Strength requirements, fabrication integrity requirements, bearing pressure difference, bearing installation external forces, bearing pressure difference alternating load 2, oil smoothness requirements, flow resistance characteristics 3, high temperature resistance, compatibility with working media 4, filter fiber can not displace and fall off.

Performance characteristics of filter element of vacuum cleaner

(1) Axial stiffness: When the filter element bears the standard axial load of industrial process documents, it should not produce deformation and damage. (2) Flattening stiffness: When the filter element withstands the limit pressure drop of the industrial process document standard, it should not produce deformation and damage. (3) Pressure-drop flow characteristics: The pressure-drop flow characteristic curve of the filter element should be standardized in the industrial process documents. (4) Flow fatigue characteristics: under standard flow and pressure drop conditions.

Material: Glass fiber filter paper - BN stainless steel braided mesh - W wood pulp filter paper - P stainless steel sintered mesh - V sealing material: Z - fluorine rubber ring D - butadiene rubber filtration accuracy: 1 - 100 um. Work pressure (MAX): 21 MPa. Working medium: general hydraulic oil, phosphate hydraulic oil, emulsifier, water-ethylene glycol. Operating temperature: - 30 ~110 C.

Application field of filter element of vacuum oil filter

Metallurgy: Machinery processing equipment: Lubrication system and purification of compressed air of paper making machinery, mining machinery, injection moulding machine and large precision machinery, dust recovery and filtration of tobacco processing equipment and spraying equipment. Railway internal combustion engines and generators: filtration of lubricants and oil.


Vacuum purifier features:

1. Vacuum system: It adopts the famous brand at home and abroad (German Leibo), which has the characteristics of stable vacuum, high vacuum and no noise.

2. Filtration system: advanced magnetic filter; used for oil absorption and filtration, filtering solid particles and fine ferrous substances in the oil medium, effectively controlling the contamination of ferrous impurities in the working medium. High-quality filter components and sealing materials are used for high temperature resistance and good mechanical strength, which meets the requirements of high heating temperature for filtering high-viscosity oils and enlarges the range of purified oils.

3. Heating system; adopt safe and reliable heating technology of circulating carbon fibers to reduce energy consumption while ensuring uniform heating oil temperature stability.

4. Control system, optimized control interlock protection device, over-voltage alarm shutdown protection, phase sequence protection, etc. ensure the long-term reliable operation of the whole machine. Many advanced technologies, such as automatic pressure alarm system, automatic overload protection system, automatic constant temperature system and automatic oil injection prevention protection, ensure the automatic and safe operation of the equipment.

Principle:

The equipment adopts four-stage filtration dehydration degassing and impurity removal function. First, the oil to be treated is inhaled under vacuum negative pressure. After stainless steel magnetic filter and nanomolecular filter, it is preheated by infrared carbon fiber heater. While the temperature is heated rapidly from low to high, the oil molecules begin to decompose and then enter the third-stage coalescence vacuum oil-water separation filter. In this filter, the first decomposition of oil and water is carried out by the characteristics of the imported filter material of hydrophobic coalescence separation. The larger water molecules are separated by coalescence filter core and enter the tank. The micro-water and oil molecules enter the vacuum tank by distributor to form a short layer of film atomization. After continuous operation of the reactor, the three-dimensional structure is formed in the tank. The multi-layer evaporation structure can achieve the purpose of purification through continuous circulation. Finally, a filtration cycle is completed through the fourth-stage polymer filter element.
