Testing method for filtering emulsion water by hydraulic oil filter

2018/5/17 Viewers:
The following methods are used to detect the moisture content in the oil after filtration.
(1) the method of determination of water quality. That is, the method of determining the original YS-12-1--78. The main point of this method is to heat the test oil to the prescribed temperature under certain conditions and use the method of listening to the sound. Determine whether there is water in the oil. This method is not very scientific. At present, the micro moisture meter is used instead.
(2) the method of quantitative determination of water. That is, the method of GB260 determination. This method is to mix the oil test with the anhydrous solvent and use a specific only device to determine the water content by distillation. The result is represented by the percentage of weight, which belongs to the category of constant analysis.
(3) the determination of trace water (Coulomb method). It is the GB7600 - 87 method. Coulomb method is an electrochemical method. It is a combination of Coulomb gauge and Carle Fischer titration. Water participates in the redox chemical reaction of iodine and sulfur dioxide after the water in the tested oil (Carle - Fischer reagent, abbreviated k's reagent). In the presence of pyridine and methanol, pyridine and methyl sulphate are produced in the presence of pyridine and methanol, and the consumed iodine is produced in the anode electrolysis, thus making the redox reaction continuous. Go on until the water is exhausted. According to Faraday's law, the iodine produced by electrolysis is proportional to the amount of electricity consumed during electrolysis. It can be seen from the above reaction that a molecule of iodine, which oxidize a molecule of sulfur dioxide, requires a molecule of water. So it is the equivalent reaction between a molecular iodine and a molecule of water, that is, the amount of electrolyzed iodine is equivalent to the amount of electricity needed to electrolysis water. That is, 1 mg of water is equivalent to 10.72 electron Coulomb. According to this principle, the water content can be calculated directly from the amount of electricity consumed by electrolysis.
(4) the determination of trace moisture (gas chromatography). That is, the method of GB2601-87 determination. This method uses a direct determination method of polymer as a fixed phase. Its determination principle is to vaporize the moisture in the heater at the proper temperature of the vaporization heater. The polymer microspheres are used to separate the fixed phase, then the heat conduction detector is used to detect the moisture content, and the moisture content is calculated by the peak height method.
(5) other methods of determination of water content include dew point method, calcium carbide method, calcium hydride method, hydrogen aluminum lithium removal, electrolytic method, capacitance method, mass spectrometry and so on, because these methods have not been widely used.
