(3) if the insulating oil contains various acids and acidic substances, it will improve the electrical conductivity of the oil products and reduce the insulation properties of the Poisson products. In the case of high operating temperature (such as above 80), it will also cause the aging phenomenon of solid fiber insulation material, especially when the low molecular acid content increases and the oil has water again, it will reduce electricity. Naphthenic acid soap, which is formed in oil, can promote emulsification of oil, destroy the lubricity of oil, cause the wear and heat of machine parts, and affect the safe operation of the unit.
