Start operation step of oil filter

1) the power supply switch is closed in the power operation box, and the power supply is normal.

2) open oil filter filter tank crude oil inlet valve, oil valve to open the vacuum oil filter (main tank drain valve) a valve, the two check valve ajar, tubing in oil flow;

3) press the power button of the vacuum pump to start the vacuum pump; check the vacuum pump running normally, and the vacuum table indicates the normal rise.

4) adjust the vacuum adjustment valve of the vacuum tank to keep the pressure in the vacuum tube -0.06--0.08Mpa.

5) when the vacuum reaches -0.06-0.08Mpa, the outlet valve of the oil pump is fully opened, the power button of the oil pump is pressed and the oil pump is started to check the normal operation of the oil pump.

6) adjust the two valve of the vacuum oil filter to make the oil flow in the pipe meet to ensure that the oil level in the vacuum tank is below the lowest level of the oil level meter below the oil level.

7) adjust the temperature controller, the temperature controller of traffic lights on the middle of a small button to "set" position (the display setting temperature), knob above the set temperature is 50-60 degrees centigrade, adjusted after the traffic lights in the middle button to "measure" position, the temperature controller shows the temperature is measured temperature;

8) press the fuel temperature heater start button 1 (or 1 and 2 at the same time), check the heating indicator display normal, automatic control heating system running normally;

9) full inspection of the normal operation of the vacuum oil filter to ensure that the oil dripping and leakage phenomenon can be recorded.
