Introduction
The hydraulic oil system is composed of a hydraulic oil tank, a main oil pump, an auxiliary oil pump, an oil cooler, an oil filter, a high position fuel tank, valves and pipelines. The hydraulic oil tank is the equipment for the supply, recovery, settlement and storage of hydraulic oil. It contains the cooler, and the cooler is used to cool the oil after the oil pump to control the oil temperature entering the bearing.

1. hydraulic oil tank is a hydraulic oil supply, recovery, settlement and storage equipment, with a heater to heat up the lubricating oil before driving to ensure that the lubricating oil temperature can rise to the range of 35~45 C when the unit starts, so as to meet the needs of the unit starting operation; the intake of the oil return and pump is set on both sides of the tank and the middle is set in the middle. The filter baffle makes the lubricating oil flowing back to the tank have the time of impurity settlement and gas release, thus ensuring the quality of the lubricating oil. The side wall of the tank has a liquid level indicator to monitor the change of the lubricating oil in the tank and prevent the mutation of the lubricating oil level during the operation of the unit and affect the safe operation of the unit.

2. hydraulic oil pump is usually equipped with two units, one main oil pump and one auxiliary oil pump. The oil pump is supplied by the main oil pump. The auxiliary oil pump is the main oil pump, the main oil pump is malfunction or the oil system fails, so that the oil pressure of the system is automatically started when the oil pressure is reduced, and the lubricating oil is provided for the lubricating points of the unit. The flow rate of the oil pump is generally 200~350L/min, and the outlet pressure should not be less than 0.5MPa. The lubricating oil is decompressed and enters the bearing with the pressure of 0.08~0.15MPa.

3. the hydraulic oil cooler is used to cool the lubricating oil after the oil pump, so as to control the oil temperature in the bearing. In order to keep the oil supply temperature in the range of 35~45 C, the oil cooler is usually equipped with two units, one for use and one for the other (two at the same time in special case). When the cooling effect of the cooler that is used can not meet the production requirements, it will switch to the standby cooler to maintain the production operation, and the cooler will be disintegrated to check and remove the fouling equipment.

4. the hydraulic oil filter is installed at the outlet of the pump, which is used to filtrate the lubricating oil of the inlet compressor and is an effective measure to ensure the quality of the hydraulic oil. In order to ensure the safe operation of the unit, the filter is equipped with two units, one operation and one standby.
